Ordering

  1. To place an order for enclosure envelopes (3" x 4 ½" size), view and print the order form here.
  2. Complete the form and fax (toll-free 1-866-567-8837) or mail the form to us. See the Contact page for complete mailing address.
  3. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the order. At that time you will be asked to submit a credit card number for payment. Your order will reflect a shipping charge, but will not include a handling charge.
  4. Freight policy: envelopes will be shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified.
